It's 11am here in St. Charles, and we're just getting started with official business. Our Caucus was up to 2am last night, and we have a document, that I believe, will be introduced today.

Well, at least your waste of money helped with the bottom line--profits--at the facility you rented. I'm so glad St. Charles is only humoring all of you for your money.
